Working Principle

Powerful crusher adopts claw knife and blade knife structure, crushing all kinds of plastic defective products. Crushed materials and storage barrels of new materials, root fox two material ratio valve adjustment mixing directly from the suction machine to the moulding machine.

Characteristics

3、The structure of blade knife is between claw knife and flat knife, which is suitable for crushing ordinary sheet, pipe, profile, plate and packaging materials, such as plastic products, sprue.

4、500~600rpm high speed crushing, crushing efficiency is good, and is equipped with double noise reduction equipment low noise.

8, screen aperture 10HP & below the standard configuration for 8MM, 15HP & above the standard configuration for 10MM, other specifications can be customised.

9, large machines can be installed with a cooling water circulation system, the heat generated by the machine to the outside of the machine, can effectively reduce the working temperature of the machine body and to avoid clumping of crushed material.

10, small machine casters, easy to move. Large machine with adjustable shock-absorbing feet (optional), stable work.
