Working Principle

When the machine starts to operate, the hopper metering valve (level sensor) opens, the raw material is directly sent to the weighing disc (into the weighing hopper) composed of high-precision loading unit (weighing unit), and when the weighing hopper transmitter detects the weight reaches the preset value, it closes the metering valve. Another hopper metering valve opens, and so on, when all the raw materials are weighed and measured correctly, the whole batch of raw materials will be sent to the mixing tank for mixing. The high efficiency mixer will mix the raw materials evenly, and then fall into the storage tank or directly into the feeder of the moulding machine. A level sensor in the mixing bin controls the entire dosing process. Weighing and dosing of the raw material can be carried out using pneumatic valves alone or in combination with an electrically operated screw feeder.

Range of application

Weighing and metering machine is mainly used for injection moulding and extrusion, casting, compression moulding and blow moulding machines and other plastic processing industries that require a variety of raw materials in proportion to the accurate mixing of the use of raw materials, can be used as a raw material dosage station for a single moulding machine, but also as a raw material dosage and mixing centre for a number of moulding machines. The dosing machine can be mounted on a stand above the machine, or on a stand next to the machine, with a vacuum suction machine for conveying the raw material to the moulding machine, or on the floor above the moulding machine.
