Working Principle

Raw materials from the hopper or feeder free fall into the metal separator pipeline, if there is no metal impurities in raw materials will flow directly through the separator to the lower end of the qualified products out of the mouth; if the raw materials are detected to be mixed with metal impurities, the controller will immediately start the separation plate to the material mixed with metal guided to the discharging port of the unqualified products, and then the manifold plate to return to the original position, the speed of the manifold plate can be adjusted, the detection sensitivity of metal separator can also be adjusted according to the production needs. Range of application

Widely used for separating metal and foreign matter from plastic pellets, providing protection for machines, tools and end products in the plastics industry. It can be installed directly on the extruder hopper, which can better protect the screw from being damaged by metal impurities. When installed on the hopper of injection moulding machine or extruder, the hopper should be equipped with high and low level sensors to prevent raw materials from blocking the detection channel and affecting the detection effect of the machine. The processing capacity of this machine is 280L/hr~1650L/hr, which can meet the different demands of customers. It is only suitable for screening raw materials containing a small amount of metal.
