Working Principle

The central filter adopts a large filter for dust and fine impurities in raw materials, which can effectively protect the windmill and prolong its service life; the automatic spray washing and dust removal function can be timed to effectively spray wash the filter and reduce the number of cleaning operations. Configuration of broken vacuum diaphragm valve, effective protection of the fan and improve the speed of raw material conveying.

4、The dust collecting barrel is connected with the main machine by a handle to remove the dust in the barrel.

5、Filter and fan can be installed in a separate room outside the production site to keep the workshop clean, isolate the noise and realise the ideal dust-free workshop.

6、The upper end of the machine is equipped with a broken valve, and the lower end is equipped with a backstop valve that can remove the mobile dust collection barrel to clean up the accumulated dust without stopping the machine.
